When I saw this picture I was confuessed at first but when i read the last pannel. Ever though the picture will go great with a song like for example Try by P!nk meaning to nevr give up on things in life you fall down, and what do you do? You get back up again and try again.
This is a emotional, beautiful piece of art for the show. We can see this happening in a future episode of Gravity Falls.
When you put the lines "I'm not just a kid..." it makes us feel when WE were just called kids and make us feel bad for Dipper. I also love the details, colors, and background in this. Makes it feel more show accurate. I would imagine the "plot" of the comic on how it started. It would actually be a great idea for a episode of GF.
This is very well-done & beautifully drawn. Keep up the work.
you're fucking twelve dipper and you fought an evil 10-year old whose white hair is bigger than his head. oh, you also saved the mystery shack about 1091393290321839912082901 times. yeah kid. you're awesome.
and definitely braver than many adults out there xd
Dipper, on a frequent basis, you and your sister faced horrors that could drive people mad, solved mysterious that should had been unsolvable, and beaten odds that should had been impossible to even survive.
Dipper, you're no kid, you're a bigger hero than most people could ever HOPE to be!
This made me think of the story at one point going like this:
Stan felt Dipper was getting in way over his head with those books, so he yelled at Dipper, in an attempt to make him the mistake he was making by trying to solve ALL the mysteries of Gravity Falls. "You're not ready to learn the secrets of this town, and this book! You're just a kid!"
Dipper was fed up with being underestimated, and finally decided to stand up to Stan, and so he yelled at him: "I'm not just a kid...I have the secrets to this town and I plan on solving them!"
